Working in three dimensions takes away the need for me to think about shapes and shadows, and opens up the possibility to weave in stories and messages. The story I’m trying to tell in a piece dictates the medium I use.

This can be anything, but usually it’s mixed media and assemblage as that’s the most interesting to me. I love the possibility of using objects that have had a previous life, that bring a message of their own to add to any piece.
